Please join us in thanking Deacon Chris Schroeder for 18 years of dedicated service at St. Catherine of Siena! We will be honoring Deacon Chris at a special reception after 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Masses on Sunday, August 10. This will take place in Johnson Hall during coffee and donuts.

Students are invited to bring their backpacks for a special back-to-school blessing on Sunday, August 10! After 11:30 a.m. Mass, the blessing will be offered in the parish courtyard. Many blessings to all for a wonderful 2025-2026 school year!

After taking a short summer break, the Ladies Club will resume their regular monthly meetings beginning on Wednesday, August 13, at 11 a.m. in Siena Hall. The Krafty Ladies will also have their meeting at 10 a.m. on August 13. A light brunch will be served during the Krafty Ladies meeting. All ladies of the parish are invited to join us for one or both of the meetings.

All are welcome to join the Amigos Club at their meeting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, in room 212 of the Parish Center. The Amigos Club is a group of ethnically diverse parish adults formed to promote spiritual and family activity in the parish community.

This is a Holy Day of Obligation. The vigil Mass will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 14.

The Apostles of Mary Rosary Group will celebrate with a Rosary in the Day Chapel at 11:20 a.m., noon Mass before daily Mass. After Mass, join us in the Parish Center for lunch with your fellow parishioners.

The Knights of Columbus Council 8156 will hold its monthly BBP of chicken, pork tenderloin, ribs and sausage in support of the Catholic Sisters of Consecrated Women. Knights will be in the St. Catherine's Courtyard beginning after 7:30 a.m. Mass to serve your meal needs. Back to school is quickly approaching and we have a fun social event planned - the Youth Ministry Back to School Brunch! It will begin after 9:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, August 17, in Siena Hall of the Parish Center. All rising 7th through 12th grade families are invited to join us! There will be light breakfast items and refreshments. We hope you can attend! Please register so that we can get an appropriate head count for food. Thank you!

Let's celebrate Pam Neumann and the 25+ years she worked at St. Catherine of Siena, helping to form new members to the Catholic faith! Please join the Lay Missionaries of Charity to celebrate Mother Teresa’s birthday on Tuesday, August 26, from 10 a.m. -11 a.m. in Siena Hall by making sandwiches for the poor. As Mother Teresa loved to say,”Come and See” and help us assemble brownbag lunches for the Sunrise Homeless Center. It’s not required, but if you would like you can bring a dozen of something to add our lunches: chips, bars, small fruits, chocolates or treats that are easy to pack. Thank you.
