Accepted Donations
St. Catherine's accepts donations that benefit the people that we serve and to assist other organizations. Material donations can be brought to the Community Ministries office or placed in the basket in the East entrance of the church.
We can take food, small bottles of water, toiletries, new and very gently used baby items, feminine hygiene products, and white tube socks. These items benefit Abiding Love Food Pantry, Gabriel Project, and Mobile Loaves and Fishes, among the many.
We collect items for the following organizations with specific requests:- St. Louise House recently emailed that they need new kitchen supplies, like pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, and trash cans. They also need new sheets, towels and other small items that are needed to start a home from scratch. Call 512-302-0027.
- Heart of Texas Pregnancy Resource Center has a location in downtown Austin and also in Dripping Springs. They need all baby-related items and items for mom. They also need shelves, plastic storage containers, baskets, hangers, and multi-drawer containers.

- Mobile Loaves and Fishes needs travel-size toiletries, toothbrushes and toothpaste, feminine hygiene products and NEW men’s white tube socks. If you are interested in volunteering for Mobile Loaves, please contact Rhonda Smith in the Community Ministry office.
For furniture, appliances, and other large items:Unfortunately, there are some things we cannot accept. Cribs older than 2 years, car seats, appliances, furniture, building supplies, and other large items. We work with a few organizations that can take these items. In some cases, they can help with picking up donations.

Age of Central Texas: Medical equipment. They also lend medical equipment at no charge. Contact (512) 451-4611.
St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store:
The store is located at 901 West Braker Lane and accepts donations Tuesdays through Saturdays. To schedule a donation pick up, call (512) 251-6995 ext. 105 or schedule online at ssvdp.org/donate-items.Salvation Army Thrift Stores:
