  Faith formation registration for children and youth at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church is now open for the 2026-2027 school year! This year, we are offering the following programs:
  
  Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (Kindergarten)
  Children’s Evangelizing Catechesis (Grades 1-6, including First Reconciliation/First Communion)
  Ignite (Grades 7-8 Pre-Confirmation)
  Ablaze (Grades 9-11 Pre-Confirmation)
  Confirmation (Grades 9-12 with two years of Pre-Confirmation completed)
  Becoming Catholic: The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) Adapted for Children and Youth

- First Corinthians - The Church and the Christian Community
  
  Wednesdays Beginning September 9 - November 18, 2026
  
  First Corinthians - The Church and the Christian Community is an 11-session Bible study from Ascension Press that will be facilitated by Dieu Van Dinh, exploring St. Paul's guidance for living as faithful Christians in a challenging world. In his first letter to the Corinthians, St. Paul addresses struggles still familiar today, including division within the community, moral confusion and questions about living the Gospel. This study will be held on Wednesdays beginning September 9 through November 18 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Cenacle Room of the Parish Center (second floor). - Women @ the Well Bible Study: The Acts of the Apostles
  
  Tuesdays Beginning September 8 - November 17, 2026 (for Part One)
  
  The Women @ the Well Bible study group will be learning more about the Acts of the Apostles beginning on Tuesday, September 8, from 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in the Cenacle room of the Parish Center (second floor). What does it mean for a community to follow Jesus? With full benefit of the Holy Spirit, the earliest believers shaped communities of faith from Jerusalem to Rome and all points in between. The Acts of the Apostles Bible study invites us to witness the Spirit at work as the apostles of Jesus become evangelists and pastors, as communities of believers expand to include Gentiles, and as local challenges test the staying power of the young church. - Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible
  
  Tuesdays Beginning September 8 - October 27, 2026
  
  Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible is an 8-session Bible study from Ascension Press that will be facilitated by Dieu Van Dinh, helping participants discover the big picture of Scripture with a clear and simple introduction to the Story of Salvation. The study shows how 14 key narrative books tell the Story of Salvation from Adam and Eve to Christ and the Church today. This study will be held on Tuesdays beginning September 8 through October 27 from 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. in the Cenacle Room of the Parish Center (second floor). - Walking with Purpose Bible Study 2026 - Begins September 10
  
  If you desire to grow in your faith in a supportive community of Catholic women, Walking with Purpose is for you! The Walking with Purpose (WWP) Bible study combines personal study workbooks with small group discussions, linking our everyday challenges to the solutions given to us through the teachings of Christ and the Catholic Church. Regular meetings are held on Thursdays in the Cenacle room of the Parish Center (second floor). The first meeting of the fall will be on September 10 at 7 p.m. and will be a Connect Coffee Talk meeting. Click here for details and registration.
- Medieval History: Spiritual and Secular Rulers
  
  Fridays Beginning October 16 - November 6, 2026
  
  Professor John Dahmus will present "Medieval History: Spiritual and Secular Rulers" on Fridays beginning October 16 through November 6 from 10-11:30 a.m. in the Cenacle Room of the Parish Center (second floor). The time period covered includes 300-1500, focusing on political and religious power, especially popes and kings, from the fall of the Roman Empire to the Reformation. There is no cost to attend. - Women's ACTS Retreat - Registration Now Open!
  
  November 19 - 22, 2026 at Eagle's Wings Retreat Center
  
  Join us for the Women's ACTS Retreat, a beautiful weekend of prayer, spiritual renewal, fellowship, and deepening our relationship with Jesus Christ. The $175 registration fee includes lodging, meals, and transportation. Departure is Thursday evening, November 19, from St. Catherine’s, with the retreat concluding Sunday, November 22, with a reception following the 11:30 a.m. Mass.   Prayer Service for Expectant Mothers - Cradle of Prayer

  You are invited to a special prayer service for expecting mothers and their families - Cradle of Prayer. Expecting a child is a blessing, but also a time of uncertainty. We're here to pray with you as you prepare for this special gift. We will meet on Friday, August 21, at 6:30 p.m. in the Cenacle (second floor of the Parish Center). Please arrive at 5:30 p.m. if you would like to pray a rosary with us before the 6:30 p.m. prayer service. All are welcome: expecting mothers, families, friends and anyone who wishes to pray for life. Join us for a 45-minute prayer, music and reflection service. A free meal will immediately follow the service. Registration is optional but appreciated and will get you or your family members added to the prayer list. Click the link to register.
