Join the Lay Missionaries of Charity in the Administration Building (rooms A202/A203) on Tuesday, September 1st at 10:00 a.m. as we honor the Feast of St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta. We will celebrate her legacy of compassion by preparing brown-bag lunches for our brothers and sisters in need. You are welcome to bring oranges or other small snacks to add to the lunch bags. The Krafty Ladies will have their regular meeting at 10 a.m. in the Cafe. The Ladies Club meeting will begin at 11 a.m. A light brunch will be served during the Krafty Ladies meeting. All ladies of the parish are invited to join us for one or both of the meetings.

The Altar Linen Care Ministry will have a training session on Wednesday, September 2, from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. in the Parish Center, Room 220 (Ignite Room). With deep love and reverence for the Holy Eucharist, the Altar Linen Care Ministry cares for the sacred linens on a rotating schedule. This training is provided to review our processes on how to care for these special linens that contain the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Green, S.J. this fall. We will touch on prayer methods from St. Ignatius to St. Theresa of Avila, how to dispose ourselves to listen more deeply to God, and ways to discern what God is saying once we are able to stop talking and “have ears to hear.” These gatherings will be led by our parish Pastoral Associate, Marti Salas.
