Boy Scout Troop 448 is selling fresh, evergreen Christmas wreaths with proceeds going toward new camping gear, summer camps and other scouting expenses now through November 9. You can order online by clicking the link, or you can order from Scouts after all Masses the weekends of November 1-2 and November 8-9. Wreaths will be handed out after Masses December 6-7.

The Krafty Ladies will have a craft sale after the morning Masses in Johnson Hall on Sunday, November 9. Come and see all the beautiful handmade items!

Everyone is invited to Coffee and Donuts in the Parish Center following the Sunday morning Masses. Hosted by the Scouts.

Return of a great family event, a corn roast and fellowship. All Knights families and parish members invited to the event after the Sunday evening mass. Lots of napkins will be available.

As the Christmas Season approaches, we wonder how it is we will get through all those traditions, and how we will prepare for the holidays if we have lost a loved one recently. Lori Kruczek will present some practical solutions on getting through the holidays at St. Catherine's on November 12, 2025. This is a two-hour session from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Parish Center, rooms 231/232. Dr. James Speer will be the guest speaker at the Prime Timers meeting on November 12, speaking on the topic of "The Cognitive Psychology of Aging: How We Deteriorate and Compensate." Dr. Speer was a faculty member at Stephen F. Austin University from 1980-2003. He served as Dean of Liberal Arts from 1995-2000 and retired with the title of Professor Emeritus.

The next Women's ACTS retreat will be held from Thursday, November 13, through Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the Eagle's Wings Retreat Center in Burnet, TX. Transportation will be provided. Click the ACTS logo for more information and to register.

The We Are Blood mobile unit will be in the West parking lot. Please eat prior to donation and bring a photo I.D.

St. Catherine's Youth Ministry is holding its annual Friendsgiving Social event for students in grades 7-12 on Sunday, November 16 in Siena Hall. The event for grades 7-8 will be from 12 - 1 p.m., and grades 9-12 will be from 1:15 - 2:15 p.m. Please click here to sign your child(ren) up for this special event. Thank you!

The Scouts of Troop 448 will host a Flag Retirement ceremony on Monday, November 17, starting at 7 p.m. in the St. Catherine of Siena parking lot. The Knights of Columbus 4th degree will fallout for the ceremony. Parishioners are welcome to attend and can also bring a U.S. flag that needs to be properly retired if they have one. November 20 – Fr Lou and the Church: Learn or refresh your understanding of the tenets of Catholic Social Teaching.

The Apostles of Mary Rosary Group will celebrate with a Rosary in the Day Chapel at 11:20 a.m., noon Mass before daily Mass. After Mass, join us in the Parish Center for lunch with your fellow parishioners.

Please join the living rosary on Sunday, November 23rd, after the 9:30 Mass at 10:45 am. We will meet in the prayer garden and need each of you to be a living bead of our rosary. Join us in prayer. For additional information, contact Henri Daywood at 512-825-8649.
