2025 - 26 Registration Fee

This form is for families who have already turned in all Registration Forms and documents.  Please do not pay if you have not yet met with or discussed Faith Formation Registration with a member of our Faith Formation Staff.

Full Registration Fee: $125 per child/teen

Half Registration Fee: $65 per child/teen

Extra Book Fee for Parents (those who choose the book study option instead of FORMED or Franciscan at Home): $25
