Friends of the Poor Walk

A broken-down car, past-due utility bills, a visit to the hospital, high grocery bills, rising rents, and unemployment. Each week, St. Vincent de Paul receives calls from our neighbors seeking help to make ends meet. It is only through the generous contributions and the monthly “green bag” collection from our parishioners that we can offer a lifeline to our neighbors.
 
The St. Vincent de Paul Conference at St. Catherine of Siena Parish is excited to host the Third Friends of the Poor® Walk on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Join us for a walk to help end poverty and learn more about the St. Vincent de Paul ministry.
 
Sign up to walk or simply donate. Walk with your friends, bring your children, and tell your neighbors! Funds raised from this walk will go directly to the St. Vincent de Paul conference at our parish. Contact Carla Gonsalves at [email protected] for registration information.
